Malacañang insists on diplomatic talks with China over alleged incursion in Benham Rise
The government stands firm that the Benham Rises is a territorial of the Philippines and it can only allow innocent passage in the area but not allow to stay and establishment of any forms of destracting. This is based on the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea or UNCLOS.
