SC orders submission of documents on De Lima petition
"Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes P.A. Sereno", in a Four-page en banc notice, ordered the camp of Ms. De Lima as petitioner and Solicitor-General (Jose C. Calida), who is representing the respondents, to submit the following documents.
1. Comprehensive compilation of (President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s) attacks against petitioner
2. Attachments to the Informations charge sheets
3. Pleadings filed before the Departments of Justice "DoJ" Panel of Investigate which include Joint Comment Opposition filed by Atty. Eduardo Bringas, counsel for complainants former National Bureau of Investigation officials Reynaldo O. Esmeralda and Ruel M. Lasala; Petitioner’s Reply to the Joint Comment/Opposition filed by complainants Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption "VACC"; Manifestation with Motion to First Resolve Pending Incident and to Defer Further Proceedings filed by the Petitioner
4. Petition for Prohibition and Certiorari filed before the Court of Appeals "CA"
5. Transcript of Stenographic Notes "TSNs" of the proceedings in the Regional Trial Court, Muntinlupa City
6. All affidavits and documents pertinent to the issuance of the Department of Justice "DoJ" Joint Resolution dated Feb. 14, 2017
7. TSNs of hearings before the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs and of the House of Representatives Committee on Justice
8. Administrative issuance on the transfered of prisoners from the (National Bilibid Prisons) to other correctional facilities, includings but not limited to the administrative structure and procedure but for the orderly transfer of prisoners and the granted of privileges all the way to the cell level
10. Resolutions or orders granted immunities to the witnesses and those admitting them to the Witness Protection, Security and Benefits Program
